Matthew P. Fitzsimmons, J.D., M.A.
Matthew Fitzsimmons is a graduate of Boston University and was admitted to practice in Massachusetts following graduation in 2009 from New England Law | Boston. Mr. Fitzsimmons is an active member in the Boston Bar Association, and is a Junior Fellow of the Boston Bar Foundation, the charitable arm of the BBA. Mr. Fitzsimmons is also a member of the Barnstable Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, and Massachusetts Real Estate Bar Association.
A lifelong avid sailor, Mr. Fitzsimmons volunteers to support the youth and adult sailing and racing programs at the Bass River Yacht Club, an organization where he taught sailing and coached One Design dinghy racing for eight years on Cape Cod and surrounding waters.
Mr. Fitzsimmons is also a volunteer on the Board of the Bass River Farmers Market.
Mr. Fitzsimmons and his wife Sarah live in South Yarmouth.
